Certainly. As the CEO of Knowles Training Institute, my background, and experience in corporate training and leadership spans over 20 years. I have had the privilege of working with several multinational companies, helping them develop their leadership and management capabilities. My passion for corporate training began when I was working for a consulting firm that specialized in leadership development, and I realized that there was a gap in the market for training that was tailored to the specific needs of companies. This realization led me to start Knowles Training Institute in 2005. 

At Knowles Training Institute, we approach training for leadership from a practical standpoint. Our courses are designed to provide participants with the tools and techniques they need to succeed in their roles as leaders. We focus on developing essential qualities such as emotional intelligence, communication, and strategic thinking, which we believe are critical to effective leadership.
