I have had the privilege of meeting and working with many inspiring individuals through my memory training and motivational speaking career. One story that stands out to me is that of a young woman who attended one of my memory training workshops. 

During the workshop, I taught various techniques for improving memory, including the use of visual and spatial memory aids. The woman was initially skeptical and struggled to remember even the simplest things. However, as the workshop progressed, she began to improve and gain confidence in her abilities. 

After the workshop, the woman approached me and shared her story. She had been diagnosed with a learning disability as a child and had always struggled in school. She had been told that she would never be able to excel academically or pursue a career in a field that required strong memory skills.

I have developed several strategies to help me manage my time and energy effectively. 

Firstly, I prioritize my tasks based on their importance and urgency. I make a to-do list every day and set specific goals for each task. By focusing on the most important tasks first, I am able to make progress on my personal goals as well as my business responsibilities. 

Secondly, I delegate tasks whenever possible.
